Our Story

The city taught us everything.

It taught us that somewhere between mass production and marketing, vodka stopped being something you tasted and started being something you tolerated. We set out to make the version we actually wanted to drink.

Barcelona is a city that knows the difference between a good bar and a great one. A place where craft and culture sit at the same table. The Moscow Mule was our first RTD because it's the drink that most clearly shows whether a vodka is worth drinking. Just four things, doing exactly what they're supposed to do.

Precision, taken all the way.

Batovi began with a simple conviction: that precision, taken all the way, produces something fundamentally different.

When we decided to make our RTD line, the only question was whether we could do it with the same obsessive care as our vodka itself. The answer was yes. But it required real ginger, real lime, and a sparkling water clean enough not to interfere.

Four ingredients with nowhere to hide.

Batovi Vodka

Fine, persistent bubbles that carry the spice and citrus across the palate. The breath that makes the elements move. Crisp from the first pour to the final drop.

Ginger

Without lime, you have sweet and spice sitting beside each other. With it, the drink becomes unified. The element that turns three things into one thing.

Lime

A warmth that spreads from the first sip. A spicy bite that lingers the way ginger should. It should wake you up slightly. If it doesn't, it wasn't made right.
